Annabel serves as the Head of Operations and Logistics at MkonoPoa Land Company Limited, where she ensures seamless on-ground execution across all projects — from site preparation and access development to client-ready presentation.
She coordinates field teams, manages site visits, and supports client engagement, ensuring every property is clearly defined, accessible, and market-ready at all times.
With a strong eye for detail and land potential, Annabel effectively bridges field operations and client experience — driving efficiency, structure, and consistency in project execution while upholding MkonoPoa's standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus.
Accounts & IT Support Officer
Lukas serves as the Accounts and IT Support Officer at MkonoPoa Land Company Limited, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and the smooth operation of the company's digital systems.
He oversees financial processes including payment tracking, record management, reconciliations, and internal controls — ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistency across all transactions.
With a background in Management Accounting (Second Class Upper, JKUAT) and additional training in Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Networking, Lukas brings a well-rounded skill set that bridges finance and technology.
On the systems side, he supports the functionality and maintenance of the company's digital platforms, including IFAPMIS and website systems — ensuring reliable operations and data integrity.
Administration & Client Experience
Caroline Mwikali serves in Administration and Client Experience at MkonoPoa Land Company Limited, where she plays a central role in client communication and the coordination of day-to-day office operations.
She manages client inquiries, coordinates site visits, and guides clients through the land acquisition process — from initial engagement to documentation and follow-up — ensuring a smooth, clear, and supportive experience at every stage.
Caroline also oversees key aspects of after-sales service, including documentation follow-up, coordination of title processing, and ongoing client updates, helping to build and sustain strong client relationships founded on trust and reliability.
With a warm, professional approach and strong organisational skills, she ensures the office remains efficient, responsive, and client-focused — upholding MkonoPoa's core values of customer focus, professionalism, and honesty at every touchpoint.
