What size are the plots you sell?+
All MkonoPoa plots are 50 × 100 ft (⅛ acre). They are accurately beaconed, well-marked, and professionally subdivided by licensed surveyors.
How much does each plot cost?+
Each plot across our three estates — Baraka Gardens, Camp David Estate, and Hills View Estate — is priced at KES 585,000. Flexible 6–12 month installment plans are also available.
Do you offer installment payment plans?+
Yes. We offer flexible installment plans of 6 to 12 months. A deposit is required to secure your plot, after which the balance is paid in agreed installments.
Do I need to visit the land before buying?+
While not mandatory, we highly recommend a site visit. We offer weekly guided visits to all three estates, and digital site visit videos are available via our IFAPMIS platform.
What documents do I receive after payment?+
You receive: an official payment receipt, a sale agreement (upon deposit), allocation documents, an ownership certificate (upon full payment), and a title deed after processing.
How long does title processing take?+
Title processing typically takes 3–6 months after full payment, depending on county registry timelines. We keep all clients updated throughout the process.
Is the land freehold or leasehold?+
Our plots are freehold — you own the land outright with no lease renewal obligations. This gives you complete, permanent ownership.
How do I know the land is genuine?+
MkonoPoa is led by an Advocate of the High Court as Managing Director, with transparent processes, proper survey and subdivision documents, and accessible land records. Clients are encouraged to do independent due diligence.
Are the plots serviced?+
Most plots come with beacons and access roads. Hills View Estate offers elevated scenic terrain. Proximity to water and power connections varies by estate.
Can I resell my plot in the future?+
Yes. Your plot is a fully transferable freehold asset. We also assist with finding buyers, negotiations, and documentation through our commission agency services.
Do you allow joint ownership?+
Yes. Joint ownership is allowed for couples, business partners, family members, and investment groups. All registered owners' names appear on the title deed.
How do I make payments?+
Payments can be made via bank deposit, M-Pesa, cheque, or through our IFAPMIS digital portal. Official receipts are issued immediately upon every payment.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. All costs are communicated clearly before any payment is made. Title processing fees are disclosed upfront. What we quote is what you pay.
How do I track my payments?+
Through our IFAPMIS digital system, clients can access payment statements, receipts, certificates, plot availability, virtual tours, and progress updates — anytime, anywhere.
