Sales & Marketing Executive

Compensation

KES 35,000 – 50,000 / month

+ Commission per closed sale + Performance incentives

MkonoPoa Land Company Limited is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support our rapid growth in land sales across Kiambu, Machakos, and the Nairobi–Konza growth corridor. This is a strategic, execution-focused role combining digital marketing, field activation, client engagement, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

✓Plan and execute Facebook, TikTok and Instagram click-to-WhatsApp campaigns

✓Conduct structured presentations to chamas, SACCOs, churches, and corporate groups

✓Manage WhatsApp and phone-based inquiries, convert leads into confirmed site visits

✓Build and manage relationships with agents, groups, and institutions

✓Submit structured daily and weekly performance reports to management

Minimum Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

•At least 2 years' experience in sales and/or marketing

•Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing — Facebook and TikTok advertising

•Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

•Ability to communicate in Kikuyu is an added advantage
